  1. Eliminate – What produces little value and creates drag? Kill it.
  2. Automate – What must happen, but doesn’t need you? Script it.
  3. Delegate – What requires judgment, but not your judgment? Hand it off.
  4. Concentrate – What only you can do that moves the needle? Do it first, longer, better.
